彩色多普勒超声对中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的临床应用

Clinical Applications of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Lower Limbs＇ Angiopathy with Type 2 Diabetic Patients above 45 Years Old Wang Ping

目的用彩色多普勒超声对中老年糖尿病下肢血管病变的研究，探讨早期诊断下肢血管病变的临床价值。方法用彩色多普勒超声对40例临床确诊为2型糖尿病的中老年患者进行下肢血管检查并与临床症状的程度对比。结果本组40例中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者，发现37例下肢动脉内有不同程度粥样硬化改变，检出率为92．5％，而主要累及膝关节以下血管19例，占51％，临床症状Ⅰ、Ⅱ度其患者在无明显临床体征时而下肢动脉声像图已发生改变。结论彩色多普勒超声检查不仅对已发生糖尿病下肢血管病变的患者确定其病变的部位和程度。对早期无症状患者的检测也提供较为可靠的诊断依据。

Objective To use clolr doppler to make research on the lower limb angiopathy inpatients with type 2 diabets so as to explore the clinical value on the early diagnosis of the lower limb angiopathy inpatients. Methods Medical check up on lower limb angiopathy through color doppler in the 40 cases who have been already diagnosized with diatets in contrast to the varied degrees of their clinical symptoms. Results it is found out that 37（92.5%） out of the 40 diabetes mellitus patients had atheresclarerosis with various severity, and 19（51%） patients had arterial dissease below the knee. The ultrasound images of lower extremity arterial diseases have take changes in the patients under the condition of no obvious clinical symptoms. Conclusions Color Doppler can not only provide information on site and severity of low extremity arterial diseases but also provide reliable evidence for the diagnosis on the diabetes mellitus patients in the early stage of arterial disease with clinical symptoms.
