摘要
目的研究玻璃离子水门汀凝固初期水侵袭不同时刻对其水溶性的影响讨论凡士林能否改善玻璃离子水门汀旱期溶解性。方法依Oiio法测三组样本在使用和未使用凡士林两种情况下进行不同时刻(3min,5min,10min)水侵袭时溶解性的变化。结果3种材料在不同遇水时间的溶解性随着时间的推移,材料的溶解值逐渐减低(P〈0.05)。使用凡士林后,溶解值变化呈多样性。结论玻璃离子水门汀固化初期遇水时间是影响其溶解性的重要因素;凡士林能起到一定的保护作用。
Objectives This study was to evaluate the solubility of four GICs immersed in distilled water at early stages after mixing. To evaluate the influence of protective agent on the water solubility of GICs. Methods The changes of solubility of four GIC contacting water at different times during the initial setting period measured by Oilo's technique. The procedure was performed in two groups according to whether protective agent was used or not. Results increasing the time from the start of mixing until immersion in water from 3 to 10 minutes resulted in a marked decrease in loss of substance from the surface of all four cements. And the solubility changed after Vaseline was used. Conclusions Time of contacting water at an early setting time was important for the solubility behavior of the glass ionomer cements tested. Vaseline had preventive effect to some extent.
