低位水囊在足月妊娠引产中的临床研究

A Clinical Study of the Method of low Position water Bag for Fullterm Pregnancy Induced Labor

目的研究低位水囊引产用于足月妊娠引产的临床效果。方法将180例单胎、头位、足月妊娠初产妇随机分成2组：水囊组110例，催产素组70例，观察比较其临床效果。结果水囊组引产总有效率明显高于催产素组（P〈0．05），水囊组引产到临产时间明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论对宫颈未成熟的孕妇采用水囊引产安全，经济，有效，可靠，在一定范围内可作为促宫颈成熟的一种有效方法。

Objective to study the effect of the method of low position water bag for full-term pregnancy.Method 180 cases of primipara with single fetus, head presentation and full-term pregnancy were into this study. The two methods for inducing labor were low position water bag （n=110） and continuous intravenous oxytocin drip. Results the total effective rate was higher in low position water bag group than in Oxytocin group （P〈0. 05）. The internals from the beginning of the induced labor to the beginning of the first delivery course were much shorter in low position water bag group than that in Oxytocin group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The method of low position water bag has great effect in improving the cervical Bishop score. They are safe ,economical and reliable. The method of low position water bag is effective in improving the cervical Bishop score.
