摘要
实验室模拟活性染料冷轧堆染色时的织物接缝色条的产生过程,分析了色条产生的主要原因,认为是织物堆置过程中缝头部位与普通部位发生了染液的迁移。采用控制带液率,改变织物缝头部位的带液率分布,使用防泳移剂和垫用塑料薄膜等方法,以改善织物接头处色条压痕。试验结果表明,堆置前,通过短时间的晾置,可改变织物缝头部位与织物普通部位的带液率差值,明显改善色条的情况,同时不会影响织物的颜色深度和固色率。
The colored stripe of fabric seam had been simulated in cold pad-batch dyeing with reactive dyes in the lab. The reason of causing the colored stripe was analyzed. Dye migration was found between the fabric seam and normal fabric during batching-up. In the experiment, some methods were applied to improve the case including controlling the liquor pick-up, changing the pick-up of the seam, adding anti migran, or using the PE film. The result shows evidently the stripes shade can be decreased by airing 2 -4 minutes before batching-up to change the difference of liquor pick-up between seam and normal area. So the colored stripes will be trace. By this process, the dye depth of fabric and the fixation of dyes are not affected in substance.
