介绍了棉筒子纱精练酶前处理工艺,包括工艺流程、工艺处方和工艺曲线,并与传统高温强碱前处理工艺进行了比较。实践证明,采用精练酶301L对棉筒子纱进行前处理,工艺简单,综合成本较低,对环境友好,处理后的棉纱手感柔软,强力受损少,成品品质高。
The pretreatment of cotton cheese with scouring enzyme 301L was introduced, including process, recipe and curve, and was compared with conventional pretreatment of high temperature and strong-alkaline. Based on practice proof, the pretreatment of cotton cheese with scouring enzyme 301L featured simple process, lower cost, friendly environment, and soft handle, less damage to strength and high quality of treated cotton yarn.
