血脂康对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗观察

A preliminary study of insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver and Xuezhikang intervention

目的探讨脂肪肝患者是否存在胰岛素抵抗(IR),并评价血脂康对其干预效果。方法122例经B超诊断的脂肪肝患者,随机分为血脂康干预组(A组)61例和安慰剂组(B组)61例,分别测定其空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(FIns)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)含量。同时计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。以上指标与120例健康献血员作治疗前比较。A组给予血脂康1.2g/d,B组给予安慰剂,10周后再次测定以上指标并进行比较。结果治疗前A、B两组各指标与健康对照组差异显著(P<0.01),A、B组间各指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后A、B组之间各指标差异显著(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝患者存在IR;血脂康干预有效。

Objective To investigate whether fatty liver disease is associated with insulin resistance（IR）, and to evaluate the effect of Xuezhikang intervention for these patients. Methods 122 fatty liver patients were randomly divided into 61 case of intervention （group A） and the other 61 in control group （group B）. Fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, serum insulin （Fins）, triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （TC） were measured. These indexes were compared with 120 healthy blood donors before therapy. Group A were given Xuezhikang 1.2g per day and group B took placebo both for 10 weeks. Changes of FPG, Fins, TG, TC and ISI were compared before and after treatment. Result Before therapy, every index of groups A and B was apparently different from that in the healthy blood donors （P〈0. 01）; group A and group B had no significant difference （P〉0. 05）. After therapy , every index between group A and B had significant difference （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion IR exists in fatty liver. The Xuezhikang intervention is significantly effective in fatty liver disease.
