摘要 从熔制玻璃的工艺和熔窑运行的基本原理出发,研究玻璃熔制过程对能量的需求和熔窑结构对散热能耗的工艺需求,探讨影响玻璃熔制效率的关键因素,阐述了大幅节能降耗工艺变革方向的依据。 The energy requirement for glass melt process and the heat dissipation technological requirement for furnace structure were investigated on the basis of principle of glass melt technology and furnace running . The key factors affecting glass melt efficiency and the theoretical basis of energy saving and consumption reduction direction were also discussed.
