摘要
分析LCD超薄浮法玻璃表面锡杂类缺陷的形成机理,采取有效的技术措施控制和防止该类缺陷的产生,减少对液晶显示器用超薄浮法玻璃基板的后续影响。
The formation mechanism about tin mixed flaw of the ultra thinly float glass surface was analysed, the effective technical measure was made to control and to prevent this kind order to reduce the following influence of flaw of the uid-crystal display with float glass.
