摘要
目的:建立酸枣仁有效部位的指纹图谱,为酸枣仁的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用J&W Scientific DB-WAX石英毛细管柱,120℃程序升温到220℃,FID检测器,汽化温度240℃,检测温度250℃,分流比1∶10。结果:确立了酸枣仁有效部位指纹图谱的气相分析条件,建立了酸枣仁有效部位的特征指纹图谱。结论:酸枣仁有效部位中各成分得到较好分离,可作为中药酸枣仁质量控制的依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a GC specific chromatograms for the supercritical extractives of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae for its quality control. METHODS The J&W scientific DB-WAX quartzose capillary column was used as analytical column, the temperature programming was from 120 ℃ to 220 ℃, FID detector was used, the temperature of vaporizing chamber and detector were 240 ℃ and 250℃, the splitting ratio was 1:10. RESULTS The conditions for GC analysis of Zizyphus jujube Mill. var. spinosa Hu ex HF chou and the specific chromatograms were established. CONCLUSION All components in the chromatograms are well separated the results can be used for the quality control.
