替硝唑在根管治疗中的应用

The Application of Tinidazole in use for Root-canal therapy

目的观察替硝唑在治疗感染根管、根尖周炎中的临床效果。方法对147例做根管治疗的患者随机分为两组,替硝唑根管消毒组90例,替硝唑根管充填组57例。结果替硝唑根管消毒组1次封药完成根管充填占76.66%,替硝唑根管充填组经2年跟踪观察,总有效率为96.49%。结论替硝唑作根管消毒剂及根管充填剂是有效的。

Objective To observe the clinical impact of Tinidazole on the treatment of Root-canal therapy and Periapical Periodontitis. Methods To divide 147cases cacodontia which need root-canal therapy into two groups randomly, 90 cases in the Tinidazole root-canal disinfect group, 57 cases in the Tinidazole root-canal filling group. Results Tinidazole root-canal filling group can complete root-canal filling rate amounts to 76.66 percent once. Tinidazole root-canal filling group was followed up for two years, and total response rate 96.49 percent. Conclusions Tinidazole as Root canal disinfection medicine and Dental Root-canal Filler was effective.
