复方司帕沙星烧伤膜的制备与质量控制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:制备复方司帕沙星烧伤膜,建立其质量控制方法。方法:以壳聚糖、羧甲基纤维素为膜剂材料制备烧伤膜;采用紫外分光光度法测定司帕沙星含量;采用中和法测定盐酸丁卡因含量。结果:司帕沙星在4.0~40μg·mL^-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为100.11%,RSD为0.37%(n=9)。结论:本品制备工艺简单,含量测定方法简便,质量稳定可控。
