高炉煤气干式布袋除尘是钢铁行业节能降耗的重要技术之一,广东韶钢采用系统设计的理念,成功将其推广应用到2500m3级高炉.本文对高炉煤气全干式布袋除尘系统在大型高炉的推广应用及相关技术问题进行分析,并建议国家相关部门及行业协会抓紧相关标准的制定,使这一新技术能在资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设中发挥更大作用.

As a key energy-saving and consumption-cutting technique employed in iron and steel industry, the dry gas bag collector has been successfully applied to the 2 500m^3 blast furnace at SISG. This paper is concerned with the technical problems associated with the collector applied to a large-scale blast furnace. It is suggested that the relevant national ministries and trade associations should formulate standards, so as to make a full use of this new technique in constructing a resources-saving and environment-friendly society.
