摘要
提出了适应世界旅游业发展的创新思路：建立灵活快速反应的旅游生产服务系统．论述了该系统的系统目标，深入分析了系统对旅游业发展的贡献；分析了灵活快速反应的旅游生产服务系统管理创新机理，指出了这个系统的建立是实现政府行政协调机制对市场协调机制的替代。
The paper proposes a innovative idea to adapt the development of the world tourism, which is Agile Tourism Service System. In the view of problems existing in the macro-management of Chinese tourism, the paper points out the system object to construct such a system, makes a thorough analysis of the mechamism to improve the state of Chinese tourism economic management. By the means of analysing the innovative mechanism of the Agile Tourism Service System,the author points out that the foundation of this system is the way to realize the substitution of the government administrative coordinating mechanism for market coordinating mechanism and will be of great significance for standarizing the tourism enterprises' market behariour.
