超激光促进感染伤口愈合的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察超激光治疗仪对各类感染伤口愈合的促进效果。方法:选择门诊感染伤口患者120例,随机分3组,每组40例:超激光照射组(A组),微波照射组(B组)和普通常规换药组(C组)。A组选用超激光治疗仪B型治疗头照射,照射量为70%-90%输出功率,距离伤口20-50cm,照射周期为照射2秒,停2秒,照射时间为15分钟,1次/天,7次为一个疗程。B组采用微波治疗机照射伤口,照射时间为15分钟,1次/天,7次为一个疗程。C组不作特殊处理。所有患者均口服第一代头孢抗生素5天,同时常规换药,1次/天,7次为一个疗程。观察患者伤口的愈合时间及伤口愈合情况,分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期计数对比。结果:A组和B组的伤口愈合情况明显优于C组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),但A组和B组比较,愈合情况差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:超激光与微波治疗对伤口愈合有促进作用。 Objective:To observe the facilitated effect of the ultra laser (super lizex HA-550)to various kinds of infectious wound healing.Methods:120 patients with infectious wound chosen from the clinics service of surgical department were divided into three groups randomly and equally.Group A was irradiated with the ultra laser therapeutic instrument (ultra laser irradiation group),group B with microware (microwave irradiation group) and group c with ordinary routine treatment (ordiary treatment group).The B-mode treatment top of ultra laser therapeutic instrament (super lizer HA-550) was used in group A for local irradiation,the irradiation quantity was about 70- 90% of the output,the distance of the treatment top to wound was 20-50 cm.The irradiation cycle was irradiation about 2 seconds at intervals of 2 seconds for 15 minutes once a day.The microwave therapeutic instrument was used in group B,the irradiation time was 15 minutes once a day.Group c was not used any special method.The treatment course of all three groups was 7 days.All patients took the first generation cephalosporins for 5 days,and the routine dressing change was used once a day for 7 days at the same time.The time and situation of wound healing in all patients were observed respectively,their counts were compared according to the periods Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ which these patients were divided.Results:The situation of wound healing in group A and group B was superior to that in group c with significant differences among them (P〈0.05),but without significant difference between group A and group B (P〉0.05).Conclusion:The ultra laser and the microwave treatment have the facilitated role to the wound healing.
