hTERT启动子介导自杀基因在肿瘤细胞中的靶向表达 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤的基因治疗中,如何保证自杀基因只在特异性组织或细胞中表达而不在人正常组织细胞中表达是一个亟待解决的问题。与特异性组织来源的启动子如CEA启动子、AFP启动子、Tyr启动子等启动子相比,运用hTERT启动子能够驱动自杀基因在端粒酶阳性的肿瘤细胞中靶向表达,更具广谱性,因此在肿瘤治疗中成为一个有广阔前景的新方法。
