摘要
用硫酸铵作为盐析剂沉淀尿激酶溶液中蛋白质，符合Ｃｏｈｎ经验式：ｌｏｇＳ＝β－Ｋｓｍ。结果表明：常数β值随ｐＨ和温度而变化，盐析常数Ｋｓ与温度或ｐＨ基本无关。
Total protein precipitation in the urokinase with ammonium sulphate as salting-out agent fits empirical eqtiation of cohn:lgs=β-Ks m. The result shows that constant changes with pH and the temperature. Salting-out of constant Ks almost doesn't contact with the temperature or pH.
