摘要
借鉴国标中规定的对饮料等类产品的部分处理方法,采用石油醚对肉制品进行去油脂处理,对肉制品中的人工合成色素(胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝)进行同时分析,此法不仅减少因油脂堵塞G3漏斗而影响抽滤时间,也减少了色素的损失,得到较为满意的结果。
The artificial pigment (include Ponceau 4R, Amranth, Tartrazine, Sunset yellow, Allura Red, Brillinat blue) in meat products was analyzed with the experience of dealing with drinks in GB, deal with the grease by petroleum ether. In the method, both the process of filtering and the loss of pigment were decreased. At the same time, the result was satisfactory.
