Talking about Design Train of Thoughts of Power Plant from Saving Water Way

根据我国现行能源发展战略和水资源的矛盾状况,论述了水资源的严重短缺将是发展我国重大战略的瓶颈,因此,在富煤缺水地区进行电力规划设计时,首先考虑的问题是把节水作为电厂规划设计的第一要素,同时,对涉及的节水型电站设计的各个因素作了较详细的分析。

According to the situation of contradiction between energy development strategy and water resource, this paper discusses that the serious shortage of water resource will be a bottleneck for the development of important stratgey in China. Therefore, doing power system planning and design in ＂rich coal and poor water＂ areas in China, we should put saving water as the first consideration.
