摘要
针对凝汽器铜管运行中腐蚀损坏已成为影响高参数大容量发电机组安全运行的主要因素之一,以霍州发电厂凝汽器泄漏和生水的水质为例,重点分析了凝汽器泄漏对热力设备的影响、危害和泄漏量的大小对进入锅炉内的固体盐份的关系以及凝汽器泄漏的原因,并提出了解决方法和防止泄漏应采取的措施。
The corrosion damage of copper tube in condenser becomes one of the main factors for the safe operation on high parameter large contents power generating units. This paper takes the Huozhou Power Plant as an example to analyze the influence, endanger and relation between leaking volume and solid salt in inner boiler made by condenser leaking to thermal device, and puts forward the leakage causes and some solutions to solve the leaking problem.
