摘要
针对某厂出现的给水系统流动加速腐蚀(FAC)和汽轮机低压缸初凝区酸腐蚀,分析了产生的原因,通过大量的现场试验数据说明这是全挥发处理存在的主要问题,从实施炉水氢氧化钠处理、给水弱氧化处理和pH值的优化实验结果,论证了给水加氧处理的必要性。
Regarding fluild accelerate corrode (FAC) of water supply system and acid corrode of low pressure cylinder of steam turbine, this paper analyses its reason and proves the necessity of adding oxygen to water supply through treating water with NaOH, weak oxidize and pH value and large amount of sit testing data to explain main problems of complete volatilization.
