摘要
广东粤华发电有限责任公司黄埔发电厂3号锅炉再热器管壁温度经常超温,影响机组带负荷,同时再热器减温水流量较大,严重影响机组效率。经分析认为,再热器管壁温度超温的原因主要有两个方面:吸热不均匀和流量不均匀,通过改造燃烧器和优化运行等措施,可改善再热器管壁温度超温的问题,保证锅炉的安全运行。
The frequent overtemperature of reheater tube wall of Unit 3 boiler in Huangpu Power Plant, Guangdong Yuehua Power Generation Co., Ltd. impacted the load-carrying capacity of the unit, and the excessive desuperheating water flow of the reheater seriously impacted the efficiency of the unit. Upon analysis, the uneven heat absorption and flow was deemed to be the cause of the overtemperature. By modifying the burner and optimizing operation, the problem was ameliorated and the safe operation of the boiler ensured.
