摘要
根据现有汽轮机运行中出现的实际问题,对调节级不平衡汽流力和轴承静、动特性进行了理论计算,发现了汽轮机配汽方式对瓦温、瓦振、轴心位置等的影响机理,阐明了汽轮机配汽方式对轴系安全性的影响,并提出了汽轮机配汽的综合优化设计方法。结合现场运行实践,进一步全面系统地分析了配汽优化对机组安全性和经济性等各方面的影响。
The theoretical calculation about unbalanced steam force in governing stage and the static and dynamic characteristics of the bearings was carried out according to the actual problems occurred in the operating of the existing steam turbine. The influencing mechanism of the steam distribution method to the temperature and vibration of bushes and the position of axes and etc was found. The effect of the steam distribution method on shaft system security was elaborated. The method of the comprehensive optimization design for the steam distribution of the steam turbine was proposed. Combined with practical operating on spot, the effect of the steam optimum distribution on the security and economics and etc was thoroughly and systematically analyzed. Figs 10, table 1 and refs 7.
