摘要
应用常规方法随机研究食管癌、胃癌高发的磁县人群547例的口腔真菌。结果:1.口腔真菌阳性率为68.4%,食管真菌阳性率为47.3%,前者显著高于后者(P<0.001)。2.口腔真菌以念珠菌、曲霉菌和青霉菌为主,食管真菌以曲霉菌、青霉菌和念珠菌占多数。3.口腔与食管内的产毒真菌差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。本结果为进一步研究口腔真菌与上消化道癌及肿瘤的一级预防提供了依据。
Five hundred and fourly-seven cases of intraoral fungi in Ci county of carcinoma of stomach and esopgagus were randomly studied with routine methods.Results(1)The positive rate of intraoral fungus was 68.4%(374/547),that of intraesophagus was 47.3%(123/260),and the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.001).(2)Candida,aspergillus,and penicillium were mainly in intraoral fungi,while aspergillius,penicillium and candida accounted for most in intraesophagus.(3)There was no signitcant diffienenee of toxigenic fungus between in intraoral(33.5%,183/547) and intraesophagus(37.3%,97/260)(P>0.05).These results provided some bases to further study of the relationship between intraoral fungus and carcinoma of upper digestive tract as well as primarily defence against tumor.
