摘要
合成了ε-已内酯-MOCA加成物。以聚碳酸酯二元醇,ε-己内酯-MOCA加成物以及MDI为主体材料制备的双组分结构胶综合性能优异:剪切强度为27.7MPa,180°剥离强度为5.22kN/m,定位时间为5min。耐温100-120℃。MOCA或者ε-已内酯-MOCA加成物在聚氨酯胶粘剂中的含量大于临界含量时,胶粘剂的固化速度明显加快,粘接性能显著提高。制备的双组分胶粘荆甲乙组分的最佳配比为10:15.5,此时粘接强度最高,甲乙组分的配比对粘接强度影响较大。
The addition product of ε-caprolactone- MOCA was synthesized. Using polycarbonate glycol, addition product of ε-caprolactone- MOCA and MDI as the main raw materials, the obtained two-component structural adhesive had excellent synthetical function: shearing strength 27.7MPa, peeling strength 5.22 kN/m, allocation time 5 min and resistant temperature 100 - 120℃. When the emount of MOCA or additiun product of ε-caprolactone - MOCA in PU adhesive was more than the critical content, the curing speed of adhesive was accelerated obviously and the bonding properties was increased notably. The best mass ratio of component A and component B of the adhesive was 10: 15.5, on this condition the bonding strength reached a maximum. The mass proportion of component A and B had more affection.
