扁平苔藓外周血T细胞及亚群的研究

Peripheral T-Cell Subpopulation in patients with Lichen Planus.

对３２例皮肤扁平苔藓患者以抗人Ｔ细胞单克隆抗体碱性磷酸酶－抗碱性磷酸酶法检测外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群，并与２６名健康志愿者进行对照。结果表明，扁平苔藓患者存在着ＣＤ及ＣＤ细胞升高，降低，与健康对照组比较，有统计学意义。其中泛发型患者此种改变更为明显，支持扁平苔藓的发病与异常细胞介导的免疫反应有关。

T-Cell subpopulation in peripheral blood of Thirty-two adult patients with Lichen planus were determined by the method of anti-human T-cell monoclonal antibody-alkaline phosphatase-antialkaline phosphatase.Compared with Twenty-six healty adult control subjects:CD and CD cells in the Lichen planus patients were higher(P<0.05)and CD/CD was lower(P<0.05).This change was more obvious in widespread lichen planus.The results support the concept that patients with lichen planus are associated with immunological abnormalities.
