摘要
以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、酮肟基硅烷、碳酸钙、白炭黑和催化剂制备单组分室温硫化有机硅密封胶。详细论述了密封胶中交联剂、催化剂及碳酸钙对性能的影响。实验结果表明,复合交联剂[m(甲基酮肟硅烷)∶m(乙烯基酮肟硅烷)=5∶2]质量分数为4%,催化剂质量分数为0.4%,碳酸钙质量分数为30%时,密封胶性能最优。
One-component RTV silicone sealant comprised hydroxyl-teminated polydimethylsiloxane, ketoxime silane, calcium carbonate, silica and catalyst was prepared. Effect of calcium carbonate, crosslinking agent and catalyst on properties of sealant was expatiated. The experimental results indicated that properties of sealant are perfect when the amount of crosslinking agent is 2% （ the weight ratio of methyl tributanoximo silane and ethenyl tributanoximo silane is 5： 2）, the amount of catalyst is O. 4% and the amount of calcium carbonate is 30%.
