偏置式等质径积双轴自同步直线振动筛动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了一种采用两个具有相同质径积激振电机的振动筛。为了建立该种自同步振动筛简便而实用的设计方法,考虑其在惯性区工作,略去阻尼力和弹簧力的影响,建立了模型的动力学方程,导出了该振动筛实现平动运动的条件,由Hamilton原理建立了两电机轴间相位差角的计算公式以及振动筛的自同步条件和稳定运转条件。 Introduced in the paper is a vibration screen with two vibration-exciting motors having identical mass-radius product.In order to set up a simple and applicable method for design of self-synchronizing vibration screen,it is considered the screen should operate in inertia zone,influence of resistant force and spring force should be omitted,dynamic equation of modes must be set up and the condition for vibration screen to effect horizontal moving must also be derived.It is also taken into account that there should be set up the calculation formula for phase difference angle between the two motor shafts based on Hamilton Principle,self-synchronizing condition of vibration screen and screen stably running conditions.
