摘要 为建立茄子耐热性快速鉴定体系,对7个供试茄子材料幼苗在高温胁迫下热害指数、膜相对电导率和脯氨酸含量的变化规律及相关性进行研究,结果表明,分段高温处理的热害指数和连续高温处理下的膜电导率可以有效区分不同品种茄子幼苗的耐热性,且两者鉴定结果相关显著,处理时间以4天为宜;脯氨酸含量变化与品种耐热性虽有一定相关,但不宜作为快速鉴定首选指标。 To establish rapid assaying system for heat - tolerance of eggplants, the changing laws of heat injury index, electrical conductivity, protine content as well as their correlation of 1 hybrid F1 and 6 inbreeds eggplants under high temperature stress were studied. The results showed that heat injury index and electrical conductivity could be both used to effectively differentiate the heat - tolerance of different eggplant seedlings and their assaying results were significantly correlated. The optimal high temperature handling times were both 4 days. The protine content was also related with the heat - tolerance, but it was not suitable for being as the first choice of rapid assaying.
