促血管生成治疗冠心病的研究进展 被引量:8

The research development of therapy for coronary heart disease with promoting angiogenesis

摘要 冠心病是危害人们健康的最常见疾病,其发病率和死亡率均较高。严重冠心病患者因多支弥漫性血管病变不能行完全血运重建,血管新生已成为冠心病心肌缺血等疾病治疗的研究热点,给治疗这类疾病带来了突破性进展。本文从血管新生的概述,治疗方法以及血管新生在冠心病治疗中存在问题等方面进行综述,并对促进血管新生在严重冠心病治疗的应用前景进行分析。 Coronary heart disease with high morbility and mortality is the most common disease in men and women. The severe patients often can not rebuilt the blood flow completely because of the diffuse vascular pathological changes, so angiogenesis is a great breakthrough on therapy for coronary artery disease and becomes the hot point of research, in this text, we reviewed the outline of the angiogenesis, the methods and the problem of angiogenesis in the treatments of coronary heart disease. Also we analysed the perspective of the angiogenesis applicated in the severe coronary heart disease
