介绍了我国再生胶工业的发展现状、已取得的成果及未来发展的方向。中国已成为橡胶消费大国和生产大国,面对橡胶资源紧缺的问题,发展再生胶工业已被列入我国“十一五”规划纲要。并提出建议,要求规范市场行为,制定相关法规政策,把我国由再生胶生产大国变成再生胶生产强国。
