白内障囊外摘除和后房人工晶体植入术的并发症（附870例分析）

Complications in the surgery of extra-capsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

目前，现代白内障囊外摘除和后房人工晶体植入手术已在我国普遍开展并获成功。本文复习自１９９５年以来我市施行此种手术８７０例中所遇见的各种并发症，介绍其防治的方法，希望能对眼科医生有所帮助，在实际操作中减少或避免这些手术并发症的发生。

The surgery of current extra-capsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL) implantation has popularized in our country and gained successful now. In this paper the authors reviewed various complications of 870 cases from 1995 in this operation,and introduced the methods of its prevention and treatment.We hoped that it might be helpful to ophthalmic surgeons in practice to decrease or prevent these complications.
