阿托品散瞳治疗儿童弱视35例体会

Treatment of amblyopia by mydriasis with atropine

本文报告应用阿托品散瞳治疗儿童弱视３５例，其中不同视弱视２９例，斜视弱视６例，获得了较好的疗效。此法使用简便，无明显副作用，对于传统的遮盖治疗有困难或不顺从的弱视患儿，不失为一种有效的治疗方法。

We evaluated the efficacy of mydriasis with atropine to treat 35 cases of children's amblyopia.Of those, 29 cases were patients with anisometropic amblyopia and 6 cases,with strabismic amblyopia.The treatment was effective in 26 cases, 90%, of anisometropic amblyopia and in 4 cases,66.6%, of strabismic amblyopia. The use is simple. Side effect is no present.The treatment is useful in patients with poor compliance for conventional occlusion.
