摘要
分析了铂电阻温度变送器输出值非线性的原因,提出利用上位机软件对铂电阻温度变送器进行温度校正的方法。实验结果表明,软件校正后显示温度的偏差可控制在±0.05℃。
The reason for output value nonlinearity of platinum resistance temperature transmitter is analyzed, and a method for calibrating platinum resistance temperature transmitter with host computer software is put forward. The experiment result shows that the temperature deviation can be controlled within ± 0.05 ℃ after the software calibration.
