点必舒在治疗眼感染和减少术后炎症中的疗效观察

The efficiency of Tobradex in treatment of ocular infections and to reduce postoperative inflammations

点必舒（０．３％妥布霉素、０．１％地噻米松）是一新型合成的抗感染和抗炎制剂。作者应用点必舒点眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎、角膜炎和白内障手术后病例，点必舒的治疗效果较传统的抗生素更为优越，患者未见有何副反应，文中讨论了点必舒应用的适应证和禁忌证。结论认为点必舒在治疗眼感染和减少术后炎症中是一很有效的药物。

Tobradex(0.3% Tobramycin,0.1% Dexamethasone)is a newly syntheized antiinfective and antiinflammative agent.We used Tobradex eyedrops for patients with bacterial conjunctivitis and keratitis,and for patients post cataract operation. The therapeutic effeciency of Tobradex was more superior to that of conventional antibiotics. No side effects were seen in any patients.The indications and contraindications of Tobradex are also discussed. In conclusion we suggested that Tobradex seem to be an effective drug in treatment of ocular infections,to prevention of the postoperative infections, and to reduce postoperative inflammations.
