摘要
本文测定26例慢性肾衰腹膜透析患者外周血单个核细胞白细胞介素Ⅱ受体(PBMCmIL-2R)表达、血浆可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体sIL-2R、T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性。结果为慢性肾衰腹膜透析患者mIL-2R表达(41.7±7.67%)明显低于正常对照组(52.98±4.99%);sIL-2R水平(787.69±279.23u/ml)明显高于对照组(304.05±124.12μ/ml);T4/T8比值和NK细胞活性也明显低于对照组。相关分析表明mIL-2R表达与T4呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.05);而与sIL-2R、NK活性无关。由于mIL-2R表达减少,sIL-2R水平升高可使IL-2生物学功能发挥受限,并抑制活化的T细胞,故推测慢性肾衰腹透患者细胞免疫功能低下可能与此有关。
The exprssion of membrane Interleukin-2 receptor(mIL-2R) on PBMC,plasma soluber Interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),T-1ymphocyte subset and NK activity in 26 CRF patients with peritonealdialysis were measured. The results showed that the patients with peritonealdialysis had markedly decreased expression of mIL-2R (41.7-7.76%) and increased plasma concentrations of sIL-2R (787.69-279.23u/ml) compared with control (52.98-4.99%) and 304.05-124.12u/ml respectively).The ratio of T4/T8, and NK activity in CRF patients with peritoneal dialysis were lower than that of control. Relative analysis between them revealed that mIL-2R had a positive correlation with T4 (r=0.45 P<0.05) and no correlation with sIL-2R and NK activity. The decreased expression of mIL-2R could affect the biological functions of IL-2 and higher level sIL-2R inhibit activated T cell, which might be related with the depression of cell immunity in CRF patients with peritonealdialysis.
