摘要
建立了HPLC法测定依托泊苷微乳的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长285nm。依托泊苷在5～100μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.3%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of etoposide microemulsion. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （70 ： 30）, at the detection wavelength of 285nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5-100μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.8 % with RSD of 1.3 % （n=9）.
