摘要
潭岭水电厂3号机组在大修结束1年后出现了机组上机架水平振动逐渐增大的现象,试验发现,主要是由于轴线不理想而导致大轴受到单边电磁拉力的影响所致。为保证机组的安全运行,采取动平衡加配重的方法来平衡磁拉力的影响,以降低振动。结果表明,通过现场动平衡试验,有效地解决了机组上机架水平振动大的问题。
Vibration faults appeared on the No. 3 unit of the Tanling Hydropower Station after one year from the end of the overhaul. The experiment shows that the electromagnetic force induced by the problematic axes is the main cause. For safe operation of the unit, the influence coefficient method is applied to the dynamic balance of the rotor to reduce the vibration. Through in-situ dynamic balance, the vibration problem is solved effectively.
