摘要
采用固相微萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法从马尾松枝条中提取挥发物,用GC-MS法测定其化学成分和相对含量,对两种提取方法所得的挥发物进行比较。固相微萃取法的提取物中鉴定出26种组分,其中的主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、桧烯、反式-石竹烯、异长叶烯;水蒸气蒸馏法的提取物中鉴定出39种组分,其中的主要成分为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-水芹烯、异长叶烯、反式-石竹烯、莰烯。结果表明:不同提取方法得到的化学成分不仅不同,而且相同化学成分的相对含量也有差异。
Volatiles compounds from twigs of Pinus massoniana were extracted by solid phase microextraction and steam distillation. Their constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and compared. Twenty-six compounds were identified in the solid phase microextraction extracts, the main components were α-pinene, β-pinene, sabinene, isolongifolene and trans-caryophyllene. Thirty-nine compounds were identified in the steam distillation extracts, the major components were α-pinene, β-pinene, β-phellandrene, transcaryophyllene,isolongifolene and camphene. The result showed that chemical compositions and relative contents of common compositions were different by means of different extracted methods.
