支气管哮喘的药物治疗效果与鼻中隔偏曲的关系

The relationship between therapeutic effects of drugs and deviation of nasal septal in patients with asthma

目的初步探讨鼻中隔偏曲与支气管哮喘的关系。方法门诊随机筛选出支气管哮喘合并鼻中隔偏曲的病人50例,其中合并变应性鼻炎的患者26例,分两组,一组行药物治疗,另一组行药物加手术治疗,另选支气管哮喘无鼻中隔偏曲的患者25例作对照。结果所有患者术后随访1年,鼻中隔偏曲组,单纯药物治疗有效率52%,药物加手术治疗有效率88%,而鼻中隔居中组药物治疗有效率80%,表明鼻中隔偏曲是影响疗效的重要因素。后两组与第一组差异均有显著性(P<0.01),后两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),表明鼻中隔偏曲是影响疗效的重要因素。合并变应性鼻炎的患者,手术治疗后,变应性鼻炎的治疗有效率达89%,远高于单纯药物治疗。结论哮喘与鼻中隔偏曲有一定的相关性,在治疗哮喘的过程中,如患者合并鼻中隔偏曲应行手术矫正,并因此可给部分哮喘患者提供一种简便有效的治疗方法,减轻经济负担,有一定的社会效益。

Objective To investigate the relationship between deviation of nasal septal and asthma. Methods 50 asthma patients with deviation of nasal septal were randomly selected in outpatient department （26 patients suffered from allergic rhinitis）, which were randomly divided into two groups： one group were treated only with drugs, the other group were treated with drugs combined operations. There were 25 asthma patients without deviation of nasal septal as control group. Results All the patients were visited for one year. The validity of treatment with only drugs of patients with deviation was 52%, the validity of treatment with drugs and operations is 88 % ; The validity of treatment with only drugs for patients without deviation was 80%. The results indicated that the deviation of nasal septal plays an important role in the effects of treatment of asthma. The effects were statistically different between the last two groups and the first group （ P 〈 0.01）, and there was no significant differences in effects between the last two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. The results indicated that deviation of nasal septal plays an important role in the effects of treament of asthma. The validity of rhinitis after operation with drugs is 89%, which was higher than that of treatment only with drugs. Conclusion Asthma is correlated with deviation of nasal septal. Patients with asthma associated with deviation of nasal septal should accept operations to correct the deviation. And the operation is simple,economical and has better social benefits.
