从医院管理年督导看我国临床护理发展动向

The prediction of the development in clinical nursing practice from the perspective of Hospital Management Year evaluation

2005年在我国医疗卫生行业中掀起了医院管理年活动,医院管理年的护理督导和检查在一定程度上促进了医院的护理管理工作,从督导标准和要求中反映出我国临床护理发展的动向:法制化、标准化、人性化,以护理安全为中心,以护理质量为核心,以护理队伍建设为重心。护理管理者应认清形势,找准方向,努力推动临床护理的发展。

The champion of the 2005 Hospital Management Year was initiated in China, which has had a national effect on the health care delivery system. To some extent, nursing evaluation and audit which was included in the champion has made significant impact on nursing management in the hospital. The standards and requirements of nursing audit reflect the trend of clinical nursing development, which focus on law - based nursing,regulation - based nursing and humanism - based nursing. In addition, patients＇ safety should be a center and nursing quality should be a core. Enhancing nursing workforce is also emphasized in clinical nursing practice. Therefore, it is suggested that hospital managers should make efforts to improve the clinical nursing development.
