The application and effect of the method of paramedic quantify assessment in the adult injection room

目的探索科学、高效的护理管理模式,提高护理管理效果。方法采用护理质量与数量考核相结合的方法,按工作数量和质量分配的原则进行工作量化考核。结果激发了护士的工作积极性,缩短了患者的注射等候时间,提高了工作效率和患者的满意度。结论护士长在抓好护理质量管理的同时,也应将护理工作数量作为护士考核的一项重要内容。

Objective To test the method of paramedic quantify assessment in the adult injection room. Methods The nurses＇ work is assessed through quality examination and quantity examination. The quality and quantity of job are considered in the assessment. Result The results showed that this method inspired nurses＇ working enthusiasm and shortened patients＇ waiting time before receiving injection. It also increased nurses＇ working effectiveness and patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion It is suggested that the quantity of nurses＇ work should be considered by head nurses as important as nursing quality administration.
