提高护士监测药品不良反应能力的方法与效果

The practice and effect in improving nurse's behavior of monitoring adverse drug reaction

目的为了充分发挥护士在药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)监测中的作用。方法采取加大宣传力度,建立和完善ADR监测流程,加强护士药品相关知识的培训及考核,与药师合作指导患者用药,建立激励机制,强化护士ADR监测意识等。结果2005年较2004年住院患者对用药指导满意度、护士ADR监测报表数均有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士在ADR监测中可以发挥应有的重要作用。

Objective To explore the role of nurses in monitoring the adverse drug reaction （ADR）. Methods A few methods were performed to improve nurses＇behavior of monitoring ADR such as strengthening nurses knowledge on ADR, setting up and completing ADR monitoring procedure, increasing training and examination on medicine,collaborating with pharmacist at the aspect of providing patients drug - instruction, and building up encouragement system. Results Patients＇ satisfaction with medication guidance and the number of ADR reported by nurses were increased significantly in 2005 than those in 2004 （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nurses play an important role in monitoring the adverse drug reaction.
