摘要
目的探讨维和部队医院护理人员培训的有效方法和效果。方法2004年12月-2005年7月,对维和部队医院共9名护理人员采取定期轮训的教学模式,并评价其救护知识的掌握程度、心理素质、应变能力等。结果定期轮训模式是护理人员提高军事素质的有效途径。适应了战区医院的需要,为保障医院正常运转、顺利完成任务奠定了基础。结论轮训教学对维和部队医院护理人员具有可行性和实用性。
Objectlve To explore the methods and effectiveness of the nurses' training model utilized in hospitals with peace - keeping missions. Method From December 2004 to July 2005,9 nurses participated the post - shift training regarding the peace - keeping mission. Their knowledge, psychological status ,ability of response were observed. Result It is effective to establish a systematic training model. This training model increases the level of the nursing working system, meet the need of sector hospital, and ensure the mission to be finished smoothly. Conclusion The training model was proved to be feasible and practical for the nursing working system in the hospitals with peace -keeping missions.
