摘要
目的有效地回避因肿瘤截肢所引起的护理风险,降低护理风险的发生率,为病人提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法确定肿瘤手术的护理风险因素,制定肿瘤截肢手术后肢体管理的护理流程。结果65例截肢手术由于实施了肢体管理的护理流程,无护理差错发生。避免了因肢体处理不当引起的医疗纠纷。结论实施有效的预见性护理风险管理,对预防护理安全隐患的发生及减少医疗纠纷起到了重要的作用。
Objective To avoid and reduce nursing risks effectively,and provide safe and regulative nursing care for clients. Method We formulated optimized nursing flows after identifying the risks in tumour amputation. Results No nursing errors occurred when providing care for 65 patients, neither patient - nurse conflicts. Conclusion The implementation of risk prevention is very important in reducing nursing risks and errors.
