Self-protection of nurses in common wards towards patients with mental disorder

用案例分析法对发生在普通病房的心理社会性危害事件的原因进行分析,患者的疾病状态,护理人员对疾病认识及自我防范意识不足,病房对工作人员的安全防范措施单一等原因是导致危害发生的关键。探讨有效的防护方法,提高普通病房护士自我防护能力,做好预防控制工作,有利于避免伤害事件的发生,减轻或杜绝对护士造成的身心伤害。

Causes of psychological and social harm in common ward have been studied by case -study analysis, which included the patients＇ condition, nurses＇ inadequate understanding of diseases and preventive strategies and the limited preventive equipments in the ward. Thus, it is very important to explore the effective preventive strategies, increase nurses＇ abilities of prevention and protection, and administrate the ward prevention to avoid the occurrence of harm which threats nurses＇ physical and psychological health.
