在分析塑件结构特点的基础上,设计了其注射模具的总体结构,并对浇注系统、滑块侧抽机构、二次推出机构以及镶块结构的设计进行了详细论述。
On the basis of analyzing on the structural chanacter of plastic parts, the general structure of injection mold is designed, as well as the design of gating system, slide side-drawing mechanism, secondary ejector mechanism and insert mechanism are stated in details.
