相转移催化法合成2,3,5-三氯吡啶的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以五氯吡啶和锌粉为原料,在碱性条件下用相转移催化剂催化还原合成2,3,5-三氯吡啶。确定了最优反应条件:反应温度50℃、时间6个小时、NaOH溶液浓度8mol/L、n(锌粉)∶n(五氯吡啶)∶n(TMAB)=3.5∶1∶0.05。在此条件下,收率可达73%以上。 2,3,5-Trichloropyridine was synthesized by reacting pentachloropyridine with zinc powder in an alkaline medium in the presence of phase transfer catalyst.The best reacting condition was confirmed:reacting temperature was 50%; reacting time was 6 hours;the concentration of sodium hydroxy was 8 mol/L;the mole ratio of zinc to pentachloropyridine to tetramethylammonium bromide was 3.5 to 1 to 0.05.Under the condition,the yield of 2,3,5-trichloropyridine was above 73%.
