摘要 目的:观察天然羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyaptite HA)/壳聚糖(Chitosan)复合材料(NHC)的骨组织相容性及与骨发生结合的界面情况。方法:将天然羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料植入兔颅骨中,用CT、三维CT和扫描电镜进行组织形态学方面的观察研究。结果:NHC植入后,植入体周围逐渐形成新骨,胶原成分逐渐成熟并减少。6个月时NHC于周围骨大部分发生融合,10个月时NHC与宿主骨发生牢固结合,成一骨性整体。结论:NHC有良好的骨组织相容性,能与骨发生骨整合。 Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the bone tissue tolerance of nature hydroxyaptite/ Chitosan composite (NHC)and the form of the material-bone interface. Methods NHC were implanted into the parietal bone of rabbits.The specimens were observed by SEM at 4,8,12,24 and 40 weeks postoperatively, and observed by CT and three-dimension CT at 6 and 10 months. Results The new bone surrounding the NHC was increasing gradually. The collagen grew into mature and decrease gradually. Most bone integration happened at 24 weeks,and total bone integration appeared at 40 weeks. Conclusion NHC has good bone tissue tolerance and can integrate with bone directly.
