他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

The curative effect observation of Tacrolimus Ointment to corticosteroid-dependent dermitis

目的:观察他克莫司软膏对激素依赖性皮炎的治疗作用。方法:将38例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组外用他克莫司软膏,对照组外用抗过敏护肤品并加服中药及抗组胺药物,疗程为3周,治疗结束后比较症状、体征的改善情况。结果:疗程结束后两组患者的红斑、脱屑、瘙痒等症状均有明显改善,用药1周后单用他克莫司软膏治疗组疗效优于联合用药组(P<0.05),3周后治疗组与对照组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the Methods 38 patients were divided effectiveness of Tacrolimus Ointment on nto 2 groups randomly, 1 group treated corticosteroid-dependent dermitis. with Tacrolimus Ointment. another treated with contra-sensitive toiletry and orally Chinese traditional medicine or antihistamine, compared the results. Results After the treatment, the symptoms of 2 groups improved obviously, the curative effect of the Tacrolimus group is better than the unite group in the first week（P〈0.05）; but there were no difference betweeb the 2 groups 3 weeks later（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermitis, Tacrolimus Ointment is a perfect choice.
