摘要
目的:检测新型激光烧结成型蜡质材料(SW-1)的熔点与硬度,并与现有激光烧结成型蜡及临床常用牙科基板蜡比较,评价其应用到颌面缺损修复领域的可行性。方法:通过改变现有隆源激光烧结成型蜡的配方,研制新型激光烧结成型蜡(SW-1)。针对SW-1、常用型红蜡片和现有隆源激光烧结成型蜡三种材料,用DSC热分析仪分析测定熔点,邵氏A硬度测试仪测定硬度,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:SW-1、常用型红蜡片和隆源激光烧结成型蜡的熔点分别为61.1℃±1.63℃、61.7℃±1.96℃、78.3℃±1.07℃,硬度分别为75.2HA±0.62HA、74.0HA±0.54HA、94.0HA±0.38HA。结论:SW-1与现有隆源激光烧结成型蜡相比,熔点与硬度有很大降低,而与常用型红蜡片接近,有应用于颌面缺损修复领域的可能性。
Objective To evaluate the melting point and hardness of a novel wax formed by laser sintering technology(SW-1) for the restoration of maxillofacial defects. Methods The samples were SW-1, normal dental modeling wax and Longyuan wax formed by laser Sintering. Melting point was measured by the Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), while hardness was tested by the Shore hardness tester A. Results The melting point of the three materials in the order above were 61.1℃±1.63℃、61.7℃±1.96℃、78.3℃±1.07℃ and the Shore hardness were 75.2HA±0.62HA.74.0HA±0.54HA.94.0HA±0.38HA respectively. Conclusion Considering the melting point and the hardness, SW-1 may be the proper laser sintering material in the field of Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
